Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer is a major advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior design, sales, or client management.

Responsibilities

• Actively consult with potential clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Pitch custom interior design solutions, material packages, and cost estimates to prospective clients to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline, achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
• Upsell additional design services, premium finishes, and custom furniture/decor packages.
