The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on, operationally driven Interim Head of Talent Acquisition to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a standalone, end-to-end recruitment role with a global remit—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is used to working independently.

While this role is heavily operational, you’ll also collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to build out the strategic foundations of our future talent function: developing scalable systems, tools, and processes while crafting the business case to expand the TA team in 2026.

You’ll be both a doer and a designer, owning critical hires across multiple regions today, while helping architect the talent infrastructure of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution (Majority Focus)

  • Lead and manage the full end-to-end recruitment process globally—sourcing, interviewing, closing—across a range of roles in operational, technical, and commercial functions
  • Act as the single point of contact for all recruitment activity while delivering a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand workforce needs across functions and geographies
  • Oversee the roll-out and adoption of our new ATS (Workable) and support integration with our upcoming HRIS
Strategic Development
  • Partner with the CPO to co-create a global talent acquisition strategy aligned to Hosting.com’s business goals, with a starting focus on APAC
  • Design and implement a scalable TA operating model, hiring framework, and governance structure to support international expansion and future M&A
  • Establish meaningful recruitment KPIs, data-driven hiring practices, and reporting mechanisms to drive performance and accountability
Foundation Building
  • Build the infrastructure to enable future TA scaling—processes, playbooks, sourcing strategies, employer branding, interview frameworks, and hiring manager training
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and competitive intelligence
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of future TA team members as we grow
About You
  • Proven experience building and running talent acquisition in a high-growth scale-up, ideally in a standalone role with global responsibility
  • Deep expertise in hands-on, full-cycle recruitment across a mix of functions and regions (APAC, EMEA, US)
  • Experience designing and implementing global TA infrastructure, ideally supporting international scaling and acquisition integration
  • Tech-savvy and metrics-driven, with strong ATS experience (Workable preferred) and a track record of process and systems implementation
  • Able to flex between operational delivery and strategic thinking—a true self-starter who thrives without layers of support
  • Strong stakeholder and influencing skills, with experience working directly with C-level leaders across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Agile, resourceful, and pragmatic—comfortable building from scratch in an evolving environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
