Job summary

Aumovio SE is seeking an Intercompany Senior Accountant to ensure accurate balance reviews with counterparts and timely adjustments. You will act as a SME for affiliates and drive group consolidation across regions, collaborating with international teams to resolve complex intercompany issues.

The role requires a BS Accountancy with CPA preferred, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and strong SAP FICO skills. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree (or equivalent) plus CPA preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• SAP FICO expertise and knowledge of AR/AP/MM modules.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review balances with counterparts and identify required adjustments.
• Resolve group consolidation issues and act as SME for affiliates.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure accurate intercompany accounting.
• Support process improvements and reconciliation of complex accounts.

Job Description

The Intercompany Senior Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely review of balances with counterparts, identifying any required adjustments and resolving any group consolidation issues. He/she is expected to act as a subject matter expert and a key point of contact for affiliates they handle globally.

Qualifications

Education/Certification

• BS Accountancy graduate, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Professional Experience

• 2-5 years work relevant experience
• SAP expert in General ledger (FICO); knowledgeable in other SAP accounting modules (AR, AP, MM)
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS office

Project and/or Process Experience

• Preferably with experience in process improvements
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts
• Background in AR/AP/ICO preferred

Intercultural/International Experience

• Experience with working with international teams required
• Advanced customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a BPO setting is preferred but NOT required
