Job summary

Genfinity is seeking licensed Philippine nurses to join its Makati site, providing intake support to utilization management for workers' compensation claims. You will enter data, verify treatment eligibility, and ensure accurate demographics in the UR system.

Applicants must hold an active nursing license in the Philippines, with US healthcare experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication, along with time management and multitasking, are essential; MS Outlook/Word/Excel proficiency

Qualifications

Active Philippine nursing license is required.
Experience in US healthcare is advantageous.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Excellent organization, decision‑making, and time‑management.
Typing speed >45 wpm preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Willing to work any assigned shift in Makati City.
Workers' Compensation knowledge/ICD‑10 and UR exposure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Process authorization requests by entering CPT and ICD-10 codes into UR system.
Verify treatment compensability by reviewing claims notes.
Ensure accurate demographic information for injured workers, providers, attorneys, and claims staff.
Handle protected health information per policies and regulatory requirements.
Attend training sessions as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
