Insurance Verification Specialist Role

At ReKlame Health, the Insurance Verification Specialist will play a key role in helping patients access care with confidence. This role is responsible for verifying insurance benefits to ensure patients have clear, accurate information about their coverage, and for running prescription monitoring program (PMP) reports to support safe, responsible prescribing practices. As a friendly and supportive resource, the Insurance Verification Specialist helps remove barriers so patients can focus on their mental health journey.

Your role at ReKlame Health would include:

  • Contracting 40 hours a week on tasks assigned to you according to the job description

    • Conduct insurance verifications, ensuring verifications are ran in a timely manner

    • Communicate 1:1 with patients, providing accurate and current information regarding their coverage.

    • Run prescription history reports through prescription monitoring platform

    • Entering client personal health information and other clinical data

    • Other tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator.
