Position Title: Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for attending to insurance-related matters like renewal, payment follow-up and monitoring, and coordination with third party service provider/s.
  • As an Insurance Specialist, you are tasked to ensure that necessary controls are set and being observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported and monitored in accordance with the regulatory and Bank policies.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all collaterals are covered with insurance coverage.
  • Sends notification or reminder letters to customers to follow up submission of insurance policies and other correspondences pertaining to insurance.
  • Coordinates with customers or insurance provider for the payment of insurance premium.
  • Regularly reports performance quality to management or other concerned units.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Preferably with work experience related to insurance and/or bank operations.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig
