Job summary

CashKO Insurance Brokerage Corp, a RuralNet subsidiary, seeks an Insurance Specialist to drive field operations across Davao City and manage client accounts.

You will blend client-facing engagement with account management, customer service, and operational compliance, while delivering training and generating monthly performance reports. Hybrid work is available after six months, with day shifts and weekends off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, financial services, or retail.
• Insurance sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical elements of accounts through documentation, training, and standard transactions.
• Coordinate with RuralNet back office for documentation, reconciliation, and claims handling.
• Receive client concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department for handling.
• Conduct product and portal training.
• Generate monthly reports on sales, trends, targets, and client feedback.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with clients.
• Address client needs calmly and assertively.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of client issues per SOP.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies on back office and customer service.

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our subsidiary, CashKO Insurance Brokerage Corp.to drive field operations across Davao City. This role combines client-facing engagement with account management, customer service, and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical elements of accounts through proper documentation, provision of training, and standard operational transactions
• Handle closed accounts and report and coordinate with RuralNet back office for documentation (product, reconciliation, claims handling, etc.)
• Receive all concerns, problems, and issues related to insurance and coordinate with the corresponding department for proper handling
• Conduct product and portal training
• Generate monthly reports which include sales performance, trends, targets, and client feedback
• Project a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients
• Attend to clients' needs in a calm and assertive manner
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in handling client issues and concerns based on standard operating procedures
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies on back office and customer service operations

About you

• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, financial services, or retail (Insurance sales experience is a big plus)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working on the field independently
• In-depth knowledge of Davao City's local market and business landscape
• Good customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
