Responsibilities

• Generate new business by promoting non-life insurance products.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable coverage.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
