Job summary

Capgemini, in partnership with Farmers operations, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Support role focusing on routine data collection and administrative support for complaint response duties. The role coordinates multiple teams to obtain documentation and ensures timely regulatory reporting through established templates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect and organize data for regulatory reporting.
• Experience supporting complaint response activities.
• Familiarity with data templates and standard reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collects and organizes complaint, policy, billing and related information for internal and external reporting.
• Coordinates with Product, Billing, Claims, Service and other partners to obtain necessary documentation.
• Performs data uploads to state regulatory portals and supports timely reporting per instructions.
