Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented licensing support specialist to facilitate license applications for recruits (Trad and VUL). You will ensure document completeness, route applications for approval, submit to the Insurance Commission and share status updates with recruiters.

The role requires a four-year business degree and experience in a licensing function within the insurance industry, plus proficiency with Lotus Notes and Windows.

Qualifications

• Four-year business degree required.
• Experience in licensing function within insurance preferred.
• Administrative and customer service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits to the Insurance Commission.
• Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
• Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement prior to coding.
