Job summary

Nestlé S.A. invites applications for an Operational Risk Desk Coordinator within its Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila unit.

This role supports regional insurance and risk management activities across Asia Oceania, Europe, Africa, and the MENA region, coordinating programs and ensuring service excellence. You will manage insurance data, policy renewals, claims support, and BCM/PLP initiatives while collaborating with internal teams, insurers, and brokers to drive risk-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, finance operations, or shared services.
• Knowledge of insurance operations, claims management, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multinational organizations, shared services, or insurance-related industries is an advantage
