Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with macro generation.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation line of business.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for statistical data call filings.
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to supervise large data sets with accuracy and clear definitions.
• Willing to advise management on improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exposure and claim data to improve data quality and avoid penalties.
• Create documentation to support aggregate financial and state Workers' Compensation data calls.
• Serve as key contact for Allianz legacy functions.
• Assist in resolving USR bureau criticisms or external inquiries and fix data anomalies.
• Assist with Medical Data Call and Indemnity Data Call inquiries.
• Compile data and create reports for staff review and submission.
• Support WC surcharge and assessment payment obligations.
• Perform data collection and analysis for ad-hoc requests.
