Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a data analyst to monitor and interpret diverse data sets, provide meaningful feedback for staff, and support process documentation and ad hoc data requests.

The role requires advanced Excel with macro capabilities, SQL and relational databases, with familiarity in Workers’ Compensation data and regulatory filings. You will create reports, ensure data quality, and coordinate with Arch business units.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macro generation.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Firm understanding of regulatory requirements as it relates to statistical data call filings.
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exposure and claim data sets and work with Arch units to improve data quality.
• Create documentation to support aggregate financial and state-specific data call reporting.
• Serve as key contact for obligations mirrored to Allianz legacy functions.
• Assist in resolving USR bureau criticisms and external inquiries.
• Assist with Medical Data Call and Indemnity Data Call inquiries.
• Compile data and generate reports for staff review and submission.
• Support WC surcharge and assessment payment obligations as needed.
• Perform data collection and analysis for ad hoc requests.
