Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven candidate for its Management Trainee Program – Business Development & Portfolio Management. From day one you will own an existing portfolio and drive growth initiatives.

You will rotate for 12 months across Property & Casualty, Motor & Engineering, Accident & Health and Specialty Lines to build breadth in technical placement, client management and cross-selling capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in a commercially oriented environment.
• Prior insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Commercial mindset and willingness to develop business.

Responsibilities

• Own an existing portfolio and drive growth initiatives with measurable objectives.
• Rotate across four insurance verticals to develop broader technical, placement and client-management capabilities.
