- Proficiency navigating insurance portal systems.
Responsibilities
- Process 60-80 insurance authorizations daily from insurance portals for patient referrals.
- Verify and confirm authorization status and availability for specific patient appointments with healthcare providers.
- Complete and submit authorization request forms for various insurance carriers.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to insurance authorization and referral management.
- Identify and flag authorization discrepancies to ensure accuracy for patient appointments and surgery-related referrals.
- Collaborate with the insurance team to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Communicate regularly with team members regarding authorization status and documentation requirements.

Your mission is to streamline insurance authorization workflows for patient appointments and surgical procedures, replacing administrative delays with swift, precise coordination to ensure timely care delivery. This role is crucial for maintaining operational integrity and ensuring patients receive the seamless, hassle-free access to care they deserve.
- Process 60-80 insurance authorizations daily from insurance portals for patient referrals
