Job summary

Liberty Insurance Corporation is seeking an Account Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Makati City. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients nationwide, grow the book of business, and identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products.

You will maintain strong client relationships, prepare tailored proposals, and process applications, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy. Knowledge of Travel, Motor, Fire, Engineering Insurance and bonds is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Philippine insurance products and regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to current clients.
• Source and secure new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotes.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and timely.
• Assist clients with claims processing and explain policy terms.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, products, and competition.
• Collaborate with the insurance team to share best practices and grow business.
• Handle Travel, Motor, Fire, Engineering Insurance, bonds, and brokers' accounts where relevant.
