We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.
Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.
Summary:
To ensure the safe, proper and effective maintenance of electrical and instruments systems in all operation sites including allied installation and facilities in order to sustain high plant reliability and productivity. The primary job of the Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance is to ensure safe, quality and effective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation equipment and plant operations.
Responsibilities:
Performing maintenance and interventions on electrical and instruments systems, adhering to safety standards and established procedures.
Proactively identifying and reporting potential equipment failures for analysis and intervention. Monitoring of electrical and instrument parameters which can anticipate potential failures to prevent or minimize breakdowns.
Accurately documenting maintenance activities and measured parameters for historical tracking and planning.
Troubleshooting electrical and instrument system issues, and participating in root cause analysis sessions.
Conducting routine site walk-throughs and performing regular calibration of analyzer instruments & other equipment.
Managing work orders (Maximo and manual) and monitoring critical spare parts inventory.
Being available for on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (or a closely related field).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with exposure to electrical and instruments maintenance of all plant processes and facilities.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical & instrument equipment and knowledge on machines and component operations and maintenance, related tools, tests and diagnostic equipment.
