Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of existing wastewater treatment automation systems.
• Optimize PLC-based control systems and assist with future SCADA implementation.
• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation, PLCs, and electrical panels.
• Prepare load schedules, calculate total connected load, and develop electrical and automation schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems, electrical panels, and field instruments.
• Coordinate subcontractors during calibration, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure projects meet requirements.
• Report to Engineering Manager on project execution and improvements.

The role involves hands-on engineering work, troubleshooting, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure reliable system performance. Key Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of existing wastewater treatment automation systems.
• Optimize current PLC-based control systems and assist with future SCADA implementation.
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, PLCs, and electrical panels.
• Prepare load schedules, calculate total connected load, and develop electrical and automation schematic diagrams.
• Troubleshoot issues related to PLC systems, electrical panels, and field instruments.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors during calibration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure systems meet project and operational requirements.
• Report to and work closely with the Engineering Manager on project execution and system improvements.
