Job summary

JSBP Construkt Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking a hands-on Mason/Carpenter to perform masonry and carpentry works across construction, renovation, and installation projects. You will build, repair, and install structures and finishes according to project specs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• On-site construction experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry works such as plastering, concrete finishing, block laying, tiling, and minor civil works.
• Carry out carpentry works including formworks, framing, partition installation, and finishing works.
• Install glass panels, doors, windows, and related fixtures as required by the project.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble construction materials accurately.
• Repair and maintain damaged structures, fixtures, and finishes.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements, quality standards, and building regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Observe and comply with company safety policies and site safety procedures.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
