Emapta Philippines seeks a Bookkeeper (Insolvency) to support financial recovery, statutory documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role offers hybrid work at SM Megatower, Ortigas, with day-one onsite and ongoing flexible days.

You will work with Australian clients, utilize Xero and MS Office, and contribute to investigations, stocktakes, and ASIC reporting while growing within a recognized professional services firm.

Formación

• Degree in Business or Commerce with a major in Accounting, or a Law degree.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience supporting Australian clients or within an Australian accounting environment.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the preparation of receipt authorities, payment authorities, day-one investigation letters, and statutory forms.
• Conduct investigations on assigned engagements.
• Assist with the continued trading operations of a business.
• Conduct stocktakes of company goods.
• Prepare reports for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
• Assist with the preparation of letters of demand.
• Prepare reports containing statutory information for creditors and other stakeholders.
• Draft correspondence and serve as the main point of contact for creditors, employees, directors, and other stakeholders on engagements.
• Assist in realising the assets of companies or individuals.
• Analyse company financial information.
