Job summary

Influence Critical Recoveries in the Philippines is seeking an Insolvency Analyst to support investigations, financial analysis, ASIC reporting, and creditor communications. This hybrid role partners with Emapta to offer global exposure, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will prepare statutory reports, liaise with ASIC, and support asset realization while maintaining high standards of accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting), or Law with an interest in insolvency.
• 1–2 years of AU Accountant/AU Bookkeeper experience with ASIC compliance and lodgments.
• Experience liaising with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare receipt authorities, payment authorities, day-one investigation letters, statutory forms, and letters of demand.
• Conduct investigations for assigned insolvency engagements.
• Support trade-on operations for businesses under administration.
• Perform stocktakes of company goods and assets.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to ASIC.
• Prepare statutory reports for creditors and other stakeholders.
• Draft correspondence and serve as the primary contact for creditors, employees, directors, and stakeholders.
• Support asset realization and analyze company financial statements and positions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce (major in Accounting), or Law with an interest in insolvency
• At least 1-2 years of experience as an AU Accountant or AU Bookkeeper, with hands-on experience in ASIC compliance, lodgments, and related Australian regulatory requirements
• Experience liaising with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred

• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
