Job Block 1: Inside Sales/Business Development (SaaS) – Philippines

Salary: ₱120000 - ₱180000

Location: East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development professional to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth while monitoring performance of the assigned business/product lines and ensuring compliance with timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains rapport with external stakeholders.
  • Assesses and offers available business/product solutions and secures potential tie-ups; resolves bottlenecks or pain points.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure progress of requirements.
  • Updates trackers and monitors team compliance with schedules and standards.
  • Monitors performance and quality of service delivery.
  • Processes daily and weekly reports on service delivery fulfillment.
  • Ensures movement of products (applications, web features, systems, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any business course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in facilitating business/product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Knowledge of basic service delivery principles.
  • Experience managing assigned business/product solutions.

Work location: East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Onsite. Contract: 1 year fixed term.

Job Block 2: Business Development & Property Management Assistant

Summary: Support growing property management company with business development and collections oversight in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify property owners interested in management or selling.
  • Initiate contact via digital platforms and targeted outreach.
  • Manage complete sales process from contact to contract.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors/partners.
  • Use CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, monitor deal progress.
  • Join property management groups/networks; create outreach materials and proposals.
Collections & Financial Oversight
  • Ensure timely payments from tenants/owners.
  • Monitor accounts and report irregularities; follow up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with finance to improve collection processes; maintain records.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales/business development; strong communication and rapport-building.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently; CRM experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate/property management preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Mon-Fri; 10 AM - 7 PM EDT (Remote with growth opportunities).
  • Travel as needed; relocation not required.

Job Block 3: Business Development – SPX (Client Acquisition & Growth)

Job Description: Identify and research potential customers; pitch, negotiate, and close deals; onboard new customers; serve as trusted advisor; develop customer success plans; build relationships; monitor key metrics; report insights.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in BD/sales/account management/customer success; e-commerce/logistics a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills; strategic thinker; self-motivated and team-oriented.
