Qualifications

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving growth? We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to promote and expand our enterprise VOIP solutions in the global market.

This is not a typical sales role. You will engage directly with C-level executives, business owners, and key decision-makers, presenting innovative communication solutions that transform the way businesses connect. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at negotiation, and can manage the end-to-end sales cycle with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Engagement – Leverage social media and networking strategies to connect with potential clients and promote VOIP services.
  • Pipeline Management – Track leads, manage opportunities, and drive the sales cycle forward using Pipedrive CRM.
  • Negotiation & Closing – Finalize competitive rates for route services, ensuring both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Contract Management – Oversee client agreements and secure deals using PandaDoc for seamless onboarding.
  • Collaboration with NOC – Partner with technical teams to support customer/supplier onboarding in Salesforce and SBC.
  • Executive-Level Pitching – Present tailored mobility and VOIP solutions to senior business leaders.
  • Proposal & Reporting – Prepare customized proposals, attend B2B meetings, track performance, and provide progress reports.
  • Follow-Ups – Maintain consistent communication across all stages of the sales process to maximize conversion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience in a BPO/Call Center environment (required).
  • Proven track record in Outbound Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with VOIP, Pipedrive CRM, Salesforce, and PandaDoc.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in dealing with senior executives.
  • Target-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
