Responsibilities
  • Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue.
  • Maintain consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team.
  • Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support the sales process and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
  • Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service and be eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in English and the local language, enabling effective communication across diverse customer and team interactions.
  • Strong desire to learn; completed bachelor’s degree; candidate from an IT infrastructure background will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates work ethic, self-starting ability, collaboration, coachability, and the ability to influence others and drive issues to closure.
  • Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations to promote collaboration and access to resources.
  • Genuine commitment to building a long-term career in sales or technology with ongoing enthusiasm for learning and development.
