Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an InPatient & Transplant Coder Specialist (QC) for onsite work in Quezon City. The role focuses on accurate medical coding of inpatient records using ICD-10-CM for diagnoses and ICD-10-PCS for procedures, with careful sequencing and POA indicator assignment.

The ideal candidate holds RHIA, RHIT, CCS and/or CIC certifications, a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, and at least three years in inpatient coding, including one year in transplant coding.

Qualifications

• 3 years Inpatient Medical Coding Experience with 1 year Transplant Inpatient Medical Coding Experience
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS and/or CIC certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records to assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes with correct sequencing
• Ensure proper Present on Admission (POA) indicator assignment
