Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an educator to plan and develop learning objectives and experiences for students. You will select instructional materials, guide resources, and textbooks to support learning outcomes.

You will implement learning activities, manage classrooms, and deliver instruction through creative teaching approaches, adapting to individual student needs and capabilities to foster academic growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake classroom management and delivery of instructions through creative and innovative teaching.
• Capability to adapt to the needs, concerns, and capabilities of individual students.
• Knowledge of principles of tests and measurements.
• Ability to conduct scholarly research and guide students in productive research projects.
• Ability to organize and participate in community engagement activities and social action programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops learning objectives and appropriate learning experiences for students
• Participates in the preparation and selection of instructional materials, guides, tools, and recommends textbooks and learning resources
• Participates in the development of assessment and evaluation procedures and instruments to assess student performance and progress
• Prepares, revises, encodes, and submits curriculum maps and learning modules for approval
• Implements learning activities and undertakes classroom management and delivery of instructions through creative and innovative teaching
• Facilitates on-the-job training and assigns grades to student performance during practicum
• Prepares test questions and contributes to test item bank for standardized tests
• Checks and keeps records of attendance, evaluates examinations, projects, assignments, and assigns grades to academic performance
• Ensures safety, discipline, and proper behavior of students inside the classroom, campus, and during official activities
• Provides intervention measures such as enhancement, enrichment, and re‑teaching for identified student beneficiaries
