Role Overview

The Innovations & Category Associate Manager drives the growth of their focused portfolio through development of the Marketing mix – product and brand, pack size, price points, consumption occasions, promotions and commercial trade conditions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall category marketing of their focused portfolio, including development of initiatives that drive category growth at point of sale; definition of success metrics based on volume, transactions, revenue and variable contribution; collaboration with Channel Marketing on planning and execution of category-specific programs; development of point-of-sale materials in coordination with KO; and management of Direct Marketing Expenses related to initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end process of new product launches from conceptualization to execution to evaluation, with direct collaboration with Commercial Marketing Teams on planning, execution of trade launches and post-launch analysis.
  • Identify gaps through available market research and information and propose recommendations to address them.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Category Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.
  • Project Management and Analytics background.

The key responsibility of a Brand Manager is to build and maintain a strong, positive brand image, drive brand growth, and ensure all brand-related activities align with the company’s overall business goals and strategies. Reports to: Group Brand Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
