Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in product ownership or project management roles.
• Proven success delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and platform development.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Define project goals, plans, milestones, resources, and success measures.
• Lead and mentor developers, designers, business analysts, and cross-functional contributors.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and performance.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements through regular discussions.
• Promote agile problem-solving, continuous learning, and disciplined delivery.
• Track KPIs and use data to evaluate business impact and opportunities.
• Present updates, recommendations, system enhancements, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
