Qualifications

• With experience in operating or setting up plastic injection molding machines.
• Knowledgeable in machine parameters, molding conditions, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to attend a face-to-face interview.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Plastic Injection Molding Machines based on production specifications.
• Set machine parameters to achieve optimal product quality and cycle time.
• Perform routine monitoring, adjustments, and minor repairs during operations.
• Ensure proper molding conditions, material handling, and mold changeovers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of machine issues and report major concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Follow safety standards and production procedures at all times.
