Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or vocational graduate.
• Experience operating injection and blow molding machines is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with quality inspection and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding and blow molding machines during production.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustment, and material preparation as required.
• Check finished products for proper dimensions, appearance, and quality.
• Identify machine abnormalities, defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine adjustments when necessary.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machines and work area.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Record production output, machine conditions, and other required information.
• Perform other machine operation and production-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
