Job Description

Take on a vital role in transforming urban infrastructure as a remote Infrastructure Survey Specialist. In this position, you’ll leverage advanced digital tools to conduct comprehensive surveys of municipal infrastructure, identifying and documenting areas requiring maintenance or improvement. Responsibilities

• Submit and track comprehensive service requests through municipal 311 systems.
• Create precise documentation of infrastructure defects, including detailed descriptions and categorization.
• Monitor and report on various infrastructure elements including sidewalks, streets, signage, and related municipal assets.
• Maintain detailed records of all submitted requests and track their progress.
• Contribute to the development of systematic approaches for infrastructure assessment.
• Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned areas.
