Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) to support measurement across multiple projects from our Philippines hub. The role focuses on quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and ensuring data integrity.

You will work with BIM models, 2D/3D BOQs, and cost control processes, blending technical accuracy with teamwork.

Hybrid work model with three days onsite per week; infrastructure experience and CostX/Revit proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles.
Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation in 2D and 3D.
Familiarity with measurement standards CESMM, POMI, or equivalent.
Proficiency in QS software CostX, Revit, or similar.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Willingness to work fixed night shifts and hybrid setup; 3 days onsite weekly.
Analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and BIM models under supervision.
Assist in development of BOQs in line with project requirements and standards.
Ensure measurements follow recognised standards and methodologies.
Support preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Review project drawings to identify basic cost elements, risks, and discrepancies.
Assist in cost and measurement exercises to support project cost control.
Check and verify measurement outputs for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with senior team members and other departments.
Support adoption of new tools and technologies such as BIM-based measurement.
