Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and deliver enterprise IT infrastructure solutions that support business goals.

You will lead projects across networks, servers, cloud, and data centers, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant architectures. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in IT infrastructure, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a focus on architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure across networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and data centers.
• Certifications in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL are a plus.

• Design and implement enterprise IT infrastructure solutions and architectures.
• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop high-level and low-level infrastructure designs and technical standards.

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions across networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and data center technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure architecture, system integration, and infrastructure security.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL) are an advantage.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
