Job summary

AECOM in Manila is seeking a seasoned cost control professional to develop, implement, and maintain project controls on large, complex programs. You will work with financial systems, generate data for baselines and trends, and support earned value and cost/schedule integration as part of a hybrid work model.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in cost control, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to work night shifts with on-site days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or other associated degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Must be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Develops proficiency in the use of company cornerstone systems and provides cost data to control the project.
• Assists in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues.
• Gathers data for procedure development and tracking of baseline budgets.
• Supports cost control, scheduling, and performance management activities.
• Participates in project cost review meetings and prepares cost trend analyses.
• Monitors cost, labor hours, and cost requirements versus budgets.
