Job summary

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, enabling operations across 150+ countries with a remote-first culture. We are seeking an Information Security Engineer to own endpoint security, cloud tooling, and data protection, building and enforcing policies across EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP, while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on with EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, SSPM, and DLP tools.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, and SOC practices.
• Experience deploying security solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to roll out enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for EDR tools, optimize configurations, develop threat detection rules, and improve Deel's security posture for remote endpoints and cloud assets.
• Configure and tune security policies within SWG, CASB and ZTNA; assist remote colleagues with issues.
• Advance SaaS security posture with SSPM; resolve configuration drifts across SaaS apps.
• Enforce and audit browser extensions and OAuth apps to meet security/privacy standards.
• Design/audit security policies for enterprise browsers including DLP and ZTNA.
• Run DLP policies across endpoints, networks, SaaS and cloud assets; support Crawl-Walk-Run phases.
• Lead vulnerability management for endpoints/servers; coordinate patching with stakeholders.
