Job summary

Deel is seeking an IT Engineer to provide first and second level remote technical support for our customers and internal users. You will improve IT workflows, secure access, and protect company resources while delivering reliable service across geographic boundaries.

You’ll manage, deploy, configure, and refresh devices, work with Apple devices and macOS, and drive the evolution of Hofy device management and IT services for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT environment (startup or else).
• Experience with Apple devices, macOS.
• Administration and maintenance of Cloud based services.
• Proven experience with MDM systems (Mac and Windows).
• Hands on experience system integration, Zero Trust, SAML, SSO technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT’s services growth objectives.
• Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
• Build, develop, and enhance Hofy's device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.
• Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.
• You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.

Summary

The IT Engineer will provide first and second technical remote support for the company’s customers or internal employees, business applications, continuously improving internal systems and IT workflows, and business needs. They'll have the responsibility to ensure the integrity of, and access to our most important company resources.

Total Rewards

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
