About the role

This full-time Information Technology role at Jetti_Petroleum Inc.' in Pasay City, Metro Manila offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's technology strategy and initiatives. As an integral member of the IT department, you will play a key part in supporting the organisation's critical business operations and driving digital transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting to users across the business

• Implementing and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of innovative technology solutions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver practical, user-friendly IT services

• Documenting IT policies, procedures and technical specifications to support knowledge management

• Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's technological capabilities

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

• 3-5 years' experience in an IT support, systems administration or a similar technical role

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases and software applications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience in implementing appropriate controls and measures

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills to prioritise and deliver on competing demands

• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Understanding both software development and business reporting needs.

• Ideally, someone who has worked on retail systems, inventory, POS, or ERP.
