We are hiring for different roles in the Information Technology department:

Information Technology Assistant (Operations)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience in IT Support Systems or in a related field.
• Provide 24 x 7 remote and on-site support to store, branch and warehouse to ensure its on-time opening including the continuous operations.
• Ensure the on-time IT equipment delivery and setup for the new store opening and perform pre and final store opening procedures including perform store grand opening support.

Information Technology Assistant (Development)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Fresh Graduate at have knowledge of basic programming languages ((HTML, CSS, Node,js, PHP,React.js) and/or machine learning (Python)).
• Support computer software design, development, and maintenance to suit client needs.

Information Technology Assistant (Infrastructure)

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Software Development, or any programming- related course basic programming or developing software applications.
• Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working in IT systems, servers, networks, Cloud and database support, and administration work.
• Knowledgeable about any of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Requires providing support and maintenance of network and wireless infrastructure as well as managing the technical side of an organization's web content platform.

Information Technology Supervisor (Operations)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in IT Support Systems or in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Application. SQL, Database Management and Windows, MAC & Linux.
• Basic Network troubleshooting and setup.
• Provides first level support in Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses via remote or on-site based on the filed helpdesk tickets.

Information Technology Supervisor (Development)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 6 month to 1 year of working experience in design, development, support, and implementation of applications.
• Knowledge of basic programming languages ((HTML, CSS, Node,js, PHP,React.js) and/or machine learning (Python)) and in RDBMS like MS SQL, My SQL, Postgre SQL.
• Provide project management and direction over applications, development, programming, and user support staff, standing and special project committees, and contracted services.

Information Technology Supervisor (Infrastructure)

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Software Development, or any programming- related course basic programming or developing software applications.
• At least 6 months or 1 year of working in IT systems, servers, networks, Cloud and database support, and administration work.
• Proficient about any of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Responsible for the monitoring and execution of asset management processes and procedures to ensure a compliant and optimized IT hardware and the software environment.

Information Technology Assistant Manager (Infrastructure)

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Software Development, or any programming- related course basic programming or developing software applications.
• At least 2 -3 years experience in managing Data Center Infrastructure, Security Administrator, and Database Administrator.
• Strong background and hands-on about VAPT (Vulnerable Assessment and Penetration Testing) for both onprem and cloud applications and security policy and monitoring.
• Strong background to SQL Database running on on-prem or cloud and OracleDB running on Oracle 6i.
• Assist in managing the entire Alfamart IT Infrastructure and Datacenter.

Information Technology Manager (Infrastructure)

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Software Development, or any programming- related course basic programming or developing software applications.
• At least 3-4 years experience in managing Data Center Infrastructure, Security Administrator, and Database Administrator.
• Manages and supports the entire Alfamart IT Infrastructure and Datacenter.
• Ensures IT Infrastructure (Cloud and On-Premise) is up and running by 24x7.
• Manage software and hardware vendors and coordinates with them for the Company's resource requirements.
• Oversees the Data Center and IT group members, third party supplier SLA and evaluation, and all Data Centers and IT Support from all stores and distribution centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business; Management; Accounting; Computer Science; Engineering; or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst; Product Lead; Product Manager; or similar role in a retail or consumer environment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g.; Jira; Trello; Github Projects).
• Defining and communicating the product vision, developing and prioritizing the roadmap, and conducting market research to inform decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate updates, and collaborate with external partners.
• Monitoring performance through key metrics, analyzing user feedback, and implementing data-driven improvements will be essential to optimizing product features and functionalities.
