About the role

As an Information Security Manager at MOVATE PHILIPPINES INC., you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information assets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Security Audit Management: Oversee security audits with 8+ years of experience in standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1 & 2, PCI DSS.
2. Audit Preparation & Execution: Prepare control owners, review evidence, test control effectiveness, present findings to auditors, and plan audits.
3. Security Controls Expertise: Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, verifying evidence accuracy and completeness.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with control owners and auditors, explaining control requirements clearly.
5. Risk & Compliance: Identify security risks, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and manage security exceptions.
6. Business Continuity & Risk Assessment: Facilitate risk assessments, develop business continuity plans, and conduct business impact analyses.
7. Internal Audits & Reporting: Conduct internal ISMS and BCMS audits, prepare reports, and recommend security improvements.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of experience managing security audits such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
2. Hands-on experience with security technologies.
3. Experience in conducting internal audits for information security and business continuity.
4. Ability to perform technical audits independently.
5. Strong knowledge of risk management and standards like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2.
6. Proficiency with cybersecurity products and tools.
7. Proactive and assertive attitude, capable of managing the portfolio independently.
