Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in information security compliance, IT audit, or risk management.
• Experience implementing ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and ITGC in corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and information security best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct compliance checks and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security compliance framework.
• Produce documentation compliant with ISO 27001, SOC, ITGC, and other standards.
• Assist stakeholders in applying ISO 27001, SOC, ITGC requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance checks to evaluate adherence to security policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and remediate compliance gaps.
• Manage and report compliance risks to management and recommend actions.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and audit findings.
• Act as liaison for internal and external audits.
• Provide compliance training to employees and management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging technologies affecting compliance.
