Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a security-focused professional to monitor and triage security alerts, review vulnerabilities, and support incident response across cloud and hybrid environments.

In this role you will help develop security policies, deliver awareness training, and document runbooks while collaborating with Information Security, IT, and client teams to uphold enterprise security standards and protect critical data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts and logs to identify potential security events and escape issues in accordance with documented procedures.
• Review vulnerability scan results and help coordinate remediation activities with internal teams.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, or escape Information Security tickets and service requests assigned through the helpdesk process.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of security tools and controls under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support security assessments, audits, and evidence-gathering activities, and help track remediation items to completion.
• Assist with the development, review, and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Help administer the organization’s security awareness training and phishing simulation program.
• Create and maintain documentation, including operational runbooks, procedures, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
• Work collaboratively with Information Security, IT, and other business teams to support enterprise security objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
