The Global Risk Intelligence & Technology (GRIT) team is expanding its digital, reporting, and analytical capabilities to better support Financial Risk Digital Enablement (FRDE). We are seeking a Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (RAA) to design, enhance, and scale automated reporting, dashboards, and workflows that strengthen how financial risk is monitored and communicated across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, governance, and operations. You will collaborate with partners across actuarial, finance, risk, and engineering to streamline reporting processes, reinforce controls, and evolve our analytics ecosystem using tools such as Power Platform, Azure, Databricks, and emerging GenAI capabilities.

The incumbent's role will be to deliver ongoing analysis, reporting, and automating required processes. This includes data and reporting preparation, working with GenAI and Analytics group, ongoing automation of reports and other ad-hoc requests for delivery to the Company's Chief Risk Officer, executive and Board risk committees required analytics and reporting.
