Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. seeks an experienced Infor M3 SCM Senior Consultant to join our ERP AMS team in the Philippines. You will provide expert functional support, optimize modules, and lead incidents and changes with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will mentor junior consultants, review documentation, and collaborate with clients to drive operational excellence. Onsite 1x weekly in McKinley, Taguig, with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 SCM functional consulting or support.
• Infor Certified M3 Cloud Sales Management and Logistics Consultant OR Infor Certified M3 Cloud Warehousing & Procurement Consultant.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven track record in application support or AMS delivery environments for Infor M3.
• Proficiency with incident and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on sustainable solutions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional expertise across key Infor M3 SCM modules, including Purchase Management, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Logistics Execution.
• Lead and oversee the resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring compliance with SLA commitments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive preventive measures.
• Evaluate and implement configuration enhancements or process improvements to optimize system performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Guide and mentor mid-level and junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
• Review and approve documentation such that functional designs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
