Job summary

TITALKER SERVICE PH in Manila seeks an influencer marketing specialist to identify and recruit KOLs aligned with the brand. You will build strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners, and plan campaigns across platforms.

You will coordinate content creation and posting schedules, negotiate terms, monitor ROI and engagement, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with marketing, creatives, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers aligned with the brand and target audience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and collaboration terms with KOLs
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports (ROI, engagement, reach, etc.)
• Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creatives, e-commerce) for campaign alignment
• Ensure brand consistency across all influencer content
