Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Healthcare Assistant - Infant Care to support newborns and their families. You will bathe, feed, monitor, and document infant well-being, while helping mothers with breastfeeding and basic baby care.

Collaborating with a care team, you will educate parents on hygiene, safety, infection control, and postnatal recovery, and assist with routine infant care duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess a min in GCE 'N' levels with the ability to commit to shift work duties.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, clean, and change diapers for babies.
• Feed babies and provide basic newborn care.
• Check and record babies’ temperature, feeding, and behaviour.
• Monitor babies’ growth and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Teach parents about baby hygiene, safety, and infection control.
• Monitor mothers’ recovery after delivery and provide support.
• Teach mothers breastfeeding and basic baby care.
• Support mothers with common postnatal concerns.
• Work with the team and carry out other duties as assigned.
