Filinvest Land Inc. is seeking an Industrial Leasing Manager for Calamba to drive the sale of industrial lots and leasing of RBF units.

You will lead a lean sales team, develop GTM strategies, and deliver strong revenue results in a growing industrial hub. The ideal candidate will have a deep market reach in CALABARZON, 5–8 years in real estate leasing or sales, and a proven track record of closing high-value transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years in real estate leasing or sales, industrial, commercial, or large-scale developments.
• Proven track record of closing high-value, long-term lease or land transactions.
• Strong leadership experience managing and motivating small sales teams.
• Deep familiarity with Central Luzon markets is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly production of at least 1 lot sold and 1 RBF unit leased over the next 3–4 quarters.
• Develop and execute a leasing and sales strategy aligned with inventory availability and market demand.
• Actively pursue large-scale locators, industrial users, logistics firms, manufacturers, and technology-driven enterprises.
• Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value leasehold transactions.
• Recruit, organize, and lead a team of 2–3 leasing agents.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance closely.
• Provide coaching, field support, and regular performance reviews.
• Ensure consistent sales messaging, pricing discipline, and professional client engagement.
• Build and maintain qualified leads across Central Luzon; establish relationships with brokers, chambers of commerce, and LGUs.
• Conduct site tours, roadshows, and presentations to prospective locators.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders; prepare forecasts and pipeline reports; ensure policy compliance.

Filinvest is scaling its industrial footprint in Laguna—and we're looking for a driven Leasing / Sales Manager to lead growth at Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba (FIPC).

You will drive the sale of industrial lots and leasing of RBF units, build a strong B2B pipeline, and close high-value deals across key industrial locators. The role also leads a lean sales team, executes targeted go-to-market strategies, and delivers strong revenue results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales / Leasing & Revenue Generation

• Achieve quarterly production of at least 1 lot sold and 1 RBF unit leased over the next 3–4 quarters

• Build and maintain acritical mass of qualified leads across Central Luzon
• Establish relationships with brokers, industry groups, chambers of commerce, and local government units
• Conduct site tours, roadshows, and presentations to prospective locators
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, technical, and management teams)
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and quarterly performance updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, leasehold structures, and approval processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5–8 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales, preferably in industrial, commercial, or large-scale land developments
• Proven track record of closing high-value, long-term lease or land transactions
• Strong leadership experience managing and motivating small sales teams
