Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to ABB 800xA DCS and related concepts.
• Experience with incident management and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ABB 800xA installation and deployment issues.
• Support system configuration, administration, and project setup.
• Investigate logic development and application issues.
• Integrate ABB 800xA with third-party systems and interfaces.
• Manage access, security, and user administration tasks.
• Monitor incidents, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Develop and maintain KB articles and support documentation.
• Support change control and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders during hypercare periods.
