Job summary

Foster Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircon Specialist in Bulacan to manage and maintain all air conditioning and ventilation systems in the plant. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with temperature standards, and coordinating with teams for system optimizations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of HVAC systems. A TESDA certification in HVAC/R is preferred. The role requires the ability to work on shifting schedules and respond to emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cold storage systems and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and repair all air conditioning units and HVAC systems across the plant.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Monitor temperature systems in processing and storage areas to ensure compliance with standards.
