Job summary

Propelrr is seeking an Industrial Engineering student intern to support privacy and technology teams in documenting policies, identifying process gaps, and proposing controls. You will work under the Data Privacy Officers and the Technology Department Team Lead at the Makati Office, with tasks across multiple departments.

The internship requires a minimum of 400 hours, strong MS Excel or Google Sheets skills, and good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Industrial Engineering student.
• Preference for knowledge in UX / QA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Learn and document existing policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify gaps and recommend controls to enhance processes.
• Provide inputs to simplify and improve processes.
• Assist DPOs with other duties within the scope of work.
