Job summary

Propelrr is seeking an Industrial Engineering student intern to support privacy and technology teams in documenting policies, identifying process gaps, and proposing controls. You will work under the Data Privacy Officers and the Technology Department Team Lead at the Makati Office, with tasks across multiple departments.

The internship requires a minimum of 400 hours, strong MS Excel or Google Sheets skills, and good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Industrial Engineering student.
• Preference for knowledge in UX / QA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

As an Industrial Engineering student intern, you will report to the Data Privacy Officers and/or the Technology Department Team Lead and work collaboratively with teams from various departments to:

• Learn and document existing policies, procedures, and processes;
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing processes by identifying gaps and recommending controls;
• Provide inputs to make processes simpler and more efficient; and
• Assist the DPOs in other duties not specifically mentioned above but which may be reasonably expected within the scope of work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be taking Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably with knowledge in UX / QA.
• With good organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets and other related software/tools.
• Must be willing to render a minimum of 400 hours.
• Must be willing to report to the Makati Office every Tuesday and Wednesday.
